IT Consultant Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of business objectives and customer needs;
- The opportunity to provide strategic advice with the help of technology;
- Management of IT initiatives and collaboration with in-house tech staff;
- Selecting the best-matching architecture and functionality & IT system design;
- Support of all the processes required for new technology implementation;
- Assistance with any tech issues and reporting;
- Suggest improvements and revisions of existing systems (together with reporting).
IT Consultant Requirements & Skills
- 3+ experience in IT consulting, analytics, etc.;
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies (related fields);
- Hardware and software troubleshooting abilities;
- Knowledge of different operating systems and databases;
- Project management experience;
- Problem-solving abilities & analytical skill set;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service orientation skills.
